Astaxanthin, Benefits, Properties and How to take it
Perhaps many of my readers may not sound them the name of astaxanthin as it is a substance that is gaining popularity especially in the world of paramedical and not as an ergogenic aid, which is most of my audience. However, as there are few articles in Spanish about this supplement, I decided to make a little blurb explaining the properties attributed to it and what is the dosage of the latter.
