Eggs are a great source of protein that nature provides us. Clear is a great food but what about the egg?
The yolk itself has more nutritional value than the egg. However, it also houses all fats which, when metabolized, will become cholesterol in the body, although it is true that they are much less harmful than saturated, for example.

Any human being can take a whole egg a day without that, therefore, their cholesterol levels are affected. Yes, provided they are raw or cooked, because, fry them, the amount of these harmful substances grows exponentially.
How to replace the egg yolk without losing nutritional value

Eggs, as we said at the beginning of this article, contain a very small amount of calories and also provide strong feeling of satiety. Therefore, they are ideal for people who are dieting long as you take in the right way, ie without frying them or accompanying them very fatty foods. They also provide a dose of really interesting proteins towards reaching the goals set during physical training to be the companion of any diet. In short, egg proteins possess identical to those of meat and fish quality. However, they contain very few calories, if it is true that houses the yolk cholesterol, so it is not advisable to abuse their consumption. In any case, an egg a day is an excellent nutrient for all kinds of people, from athletes to people who want to lose weight.
