Speaking of motivation is very simple, safe’ve often told someone what to do, say it is so easy, but doing it yourself is often laborious. Let ‘s say that the basic motivation drives us to train in order to achieve social prestige, achieve a personal challenge, some kind of financial reward or achieve a championship. That is, the basic motivation is the stable foundation of motivation, determined commitment to the sport that is done, and is related to victories, satisfaction, self – realization.
It occurs when the athlete thinks about the competition to perform, to be valued by friends, family, photo of the body of your dreams or exceed their own limits (so fashionable is the Where is the limit).

To maintain high basic motivation must be very clear objective, and this should be stimulating enough to have the necessary commitment but not be a far-fetched goal.
