Differences Between Isotonic and Isometric Exercises
There are numerous varieties of exercises. Knowing the differences between different types of exercise and its effects help the athlete to achieve their goals. As for strength training, there are two types of basic exercises: isometric and isotonic. The combination of these two methods of strength training help achieves optimal physical condition.
