# 1 Dieting does not work because you eat too much
Everyone needs a different amount of calories. It is very easy to say that a woman’s average 2000 kilocalories needed and a man 2 500 kilocalories. Well this is taken very average. When I look around me, there are quite a few women of different sizes. So many women from Friesland average more than men from the south. But there are plenty of little women between.

Below is a scientific formula. Using your body weight, height, age, sex and daily activity you can determine your daily calorie intake.
It may also be that you know what you need daily calories but do not know exactly what you are getting in to calories daily. So it may be that if you just keep what you eat, it appears that you have on your calorie needs is over. Often small things forgotten. Think of the butter which you roast your meat.
Hence it is important to first determine how many calories you need to maintain your weight. Then you get here 200 to 300 calories from it. Why this is, so I’ll tell you in the next tip.
# 2 Dieting does not work because you eat too little
